I'm a local here. He is a piece of work. He does not have a good reputation locally. He does things like deliver tractors in the middle of the night so he can get the heck outta Dodge before the tractor is seen by the buyer. |

| I am responding to what I have read on this forum regarding J C Hobbs. I am a local who has bought two tractors from him over the last five years. They have been good tractors (JD 2130, JD 2350). As a person who frequently buys vehicles on ebay, I do know what buying used means. When buying used vehicles I have had problems. Most were not resolved and ended up costing me money. But I also bought the vehicles at wholesale, which from what I have seen on Ebay is what Hobb's tractors usually sell for. I can complain and yell that everyone is a "piece of work" or I can go buy a brand new vehicle. That choice is mine, and yours. |

| Jc finally called me back and did send me some money back for repairs. I don't think it will repair all that is wrong with the tractor but it was better than nothing. |
