Is that the email address that was on the ad?
The person that posted the ad information is the only one that can enter an email address. Keep everything that you have related to this transaction. File a complaint with your state and the federal agency that oversees Internet fraud. It could take a while but their lives will never be the same after they are convicted of computer fraud, amoung other possible infractions.

| I had someone put my pictures of what I had for sale on here, and make up all kinda stuff, I still have the ads, how would I turn these over to the fraud department, they also used my name and phone#. But I was not who put in on here??? Thanks Rick
