730d se 02-15-2010 09:35:37 64.12.116.78 Report to Moderator	There are always a few exceptions, but my experience tells me that most of the buyers and sellers that end up with a bad note on here earned it. Yes, things can happen on both ends, many times out of the conrol of that person. Here is what is baffling. In most cases, the "no action" turns in to "action" once the story shows up on here. What is missing in many cases is simple communication. It is hard for me to believe that someone's Internet connection, home phone, cell phone, and US mail box all go belly up at the same time. If you can imagine how many people on here buy, sell, and both, but only a very few get a bad write up, that tells us that there is something wrong in most of the cases that we see on here. Some sellers just cannot grasp the concept that the goods being shipped correct and on time is just as important as them getting the money clean and on time. [Reply]   [No Email]

Ia, 02-16-2010 17:48:15   Insurance is only payed when the goods are not recieved or they are delivered damaged. The shipping insurance will cover goods the reciever does not pay for.
