Could be a fraud. One way to clear them is to get a phone number. (never give out your address until you know who they are) Look up the area code if you do not recognize it. Call them and discuss the deal. Have them call you back to see if that number is what shows up on your caller ID.
NEVER use Western Union for any transaction where you need to send money, there is no recourse when you use them.
Never accept more money than you are asking for, always allow at least 10 BUSINESS days a for a check to clear before making the next move.
