Hello ALL,
I too was a victim of these guys. The AD in question was for an OLIVER Grille and Radiator cap. AD listed by John Thomas of Athens, GA said to send money to his brother-in-law since they were his parts and he would ship. I sent check to Samuel Waters 251 Coulter Road Maryville, TN 37804 865-982-6003 I HAVE NOT EVER GOTTEN THE PARTS.....

| I had saw that post too and added comments to it after it happened. It was about the same time as posted just did not see it before I had bought. Started a new post to make sure others saw it. Has anyone had any luck w/ getting these guys caught?

| My niece is an attorney in Maryville, TN, and i have told her about Sam Waters and his relatives. She says there is nothing she can do, unless somebody contacts her. I seent her name and address to one guy who lost a lot of money to Sam Waters, but he never followed thru on it.
Probably thought i was a scammer, too, but i'm not!

| Me too, sent check for Super 66 side tin work(all four pieces) Said the same thing, they were his inlaws, sent the check, have not recieved the parts. Also will not return my emails when I ask about the parts.

| I have emailed the FEDS and will update as I hear more they may want info from everyone. I hope everyone else is carefull these guys are out there....
