Re-assemblying Cub

I'm restoring a '52 Cub tractor. I'm down to installing the hood and gas tank. My question is were does the throttle rod go in relation to the hood?

Thru the slot on top of the guage assy rite across from the choke the slots are the same so look for the one the choke uses and on the other side will be a slot just like choke rod uses.

The starter goes in the giant hole on the side of the cast torque tube ("bell housing"). The starter switch goes on top of the starter and the kill switch goes in the dash....the center hole, right in the center of the dash.

Sorry i got mixed up thought you were talking starter pull rod the throttle rod goes in the middle. You need to put them on and hook up before mounting gas tank it will be much easier. Lots of pics of the "dash" on ebay Farmall Cub site for sale with pics.
