Hi,
I have a 460U, I took carb off and when I put it back on I changed the fuel line fittings and over to barbed. I connected a rubber fuel line from strainer to the carb. Is this kosher from a functional standpoint?
I can put a metal fuel line back on but this was easier at the time. Does it matter?
I have heard some engines need a metal fuel line, like a metal vacuum line that they can suck so much they collapse the line. Trying to rule out a crappy running machine...
Thanks
