Change to Autolite or AC plugs. They work better.

Nothing wrong with Champion D21 plugs.

I used to put a set of Champions in my M every 15 to 20 hours because of fouling. I switch to autolite's and had the same plugs in for over 50 hours. i'm sold. Kent

What was the heat range of the different plugs? That probably played a larger role than the plug brand,

I used too have trouble with plugs fouling. I would clean or replace my plugs every year. Did not matter what brand of plugs.
My plug problems went away when I changed fuel suppliers. I have not had a fouled plug in four years. I'm using champion plugs.
