Just wondering what they are selling at price-wise? The tractor I have in mind has not run in a number of years and the motor is setup tight. Gas head. Rubber fair to poor. Sheet metal decent. On a scale of 1 to 10 appearance-wise I would put it at a 4.

Finger Lakes region. I don't know much about the tractor. The owner parked it one day and I doubt I would be able to find out if there was any operating or mechanical issues. If I had to guess the tractor has not been run for at least 10 to 15 years but was placed under cover. It would cost a fortune to turn it into a show tractor. Our M needs a few things that parts M could provide. We need a kerosene manifold but I am not shelling out a 1,000 dollars for one. I suppose if I kept coming across parts unit maybe it could run again one day.

I have pulled in a good many tractor in that condition and guess what most have left my place running or are still on my place and run. As is scrap price as in $250-500. But it would not surprise me that if you fill the cylinder with ATF and let ti sit a week that the engine would free right up and be able to run again. I have 2 Hs that where like that and an M and they will all run now

The tractor sold for 800 dollars. A good running M with good tires, good overall appearance but a few nitpicks the correct police could complain about went for 925 dollars. Go figure. There was no way I was going above 300 dollars on it. Even if the motor could be freed up it still needed a seat, one good rear tire, and hydraulics as that had been removed.
