C123 crank pulley

I'm putting my super c back together and the sleeve that goes over the crank pulley has a groove worn in it. My parts book doesn't show that as a seperate piece. Is that sleeve availible from somewhere or is there a part number for the sleeve.

Thanks

if its a groove from a worn oil seal, take the sleeve to NAPA or any good bearing / seal place and get a "speedi sleeve" to slip over the shaft and give you a smooth surface.

If the existing sleeve is an off-the-shelf" "Speedi Sleeve" and the original area on the pulley has not been modified, here is what you need:

SKF (CR) Speedi-Sleeve 99187

Timken KWK99187

National Redi-Sleeve 99187
Speedi Sleeve

If it is a thin metal tube slipped on the snout where it goes into the cover, it is a speedy sleeve and can easily be replaced with a new one. The new one will/should come with a seal. If it is wear directly into the snout, the solution is the same. Jim

The seal from IH came with speedy sleeve. If pulley has deep groove, you need to fill it with liquid steel,(name escapes me at the moment) or the speedy sleeve will not last like it should. Most speedy sleeves come with those instructions.

Stieners has new pulley for C not very expensive
I replaced mine took care of oil seal and belt grove all in one.
