544 hydro with loader

Thinking it would be ultimate farmstead tractor? Anyone ever see one with a cab?

Perfect yard/chore tractor!I saw a 544 gear with a YAR last year on a lot. Cute little bugger.

Yea, i have seen them with loaders, years ago, the one company even had another window,up in the front[roof] of the cab, too see the bucket or hay sweep, when it was raised up !

I like the 544 just fine. Four cylinder 656 but the cabs I have seen and put on 656 , from a mechanics view point are a real pain. Just my two cents.

I own a 544 gas utility hydro. Have had it a couple years. Great tractor so far. Always starts well in the cold winter.

I've owned 3 544 hydro diesels 1 farmall 1 utility with loader (both gold demos) and still own a 2544 diesel hydro. They are great handling tractors. I've been thinking about taking my loader off of my 664 and putting it on my 2544

Knew a guy that had one on a 544 row crop. Was a YAR. Seemed half way decent then. Made it look twice the size it was.

Worked for a farmer who had one. Loaded a lot of manure with it. Great loader tractor. Used to run forward into pile, depressed the clutch while coasting forward, shifted to reverse, curled bucket and raised arms when stoped in one smooth movement, let out the clutch, and was instantly moving backwards to line up with the spreader. Followed the same motions dumping bucket in to spreader. Would love to find one for sale.
