Need Fasthiitch Part.

The fast hitch on my 340 utility is missing some parts. One that I need is the link/bar that hooks to the traction control adjustment lever to a part under the tractor. Sorry, but I don't have my manual in front of me to use the correct names. Anyway, if someone could tell me what other tractor models the 340 fast hitch fits I may be able to scrounge the parts I need from a Junker.

You are going to have pay attention to what fast
hitch you have. The 340 had 2 different fast hitch
options, depending on what the dealer ordered at
the time.

Over the years i did get a Blue Ribbon manual , I think its called the fundamentals of the 2 pts hitch,there some very good pictures etc, i could make copys and send to you, but wont be home for a while! If that will help you!

I have a manual for the hitch. It's a operators manual that tells you how to use the hitch. There isn't any part number or anything. If I remember right it has the 340 and 460 utility listed on the front.

One from a 330, 350 or 460 utility type tractors works for the two point. Maybe a 504 also. You can check numbers to see, 522782R11. Its the rod that goes from handle to the arm on the 2 point yoke anchor. Farmall models use a different rod.

Would you be willing to share a copy of the manual with another person? I have a fast hitch on my 300 and never have figured it all out.

The part no. noted by D Slater below, 522782R11 is available NOS from the Parts Depot in their Tennessee location. You will need to contact a dealer who is in their network to purchase it from the Depot as they do not sell direct to the consumer. It doesn't have to be a CaseIH dealer but that would be best. I have also obtained New Holland items from the depot as well, Hal.
