Farmall Land by Avoca Iowa on I 80. Guessing its about 20-30 milea east of Missouri Valley, Iowa.

Don't just show up in the winter, Jerry and his wife are not always there in the winter. He has a contact info for winter appointments and regular summer hours on his website. Definitely worth the trip.

THANKS.itll be summer before I go.have to finish w9.have to wait for warm weather to finish it.if I remember right theres a truckstop on north side of interstate I used to stop at.
