Steering problem on ih 140

I have an international harvestor 140 tractor
When I start moving the front wheels start shimmying
Is there something in the steering that gets worn and needs replacement? Please help
I need to know how to fix this problem

Start at the tie rods and go back fom there to see where the play is coming from. You have a keyed gear on the steering shaft,there is a bearing on the main shaft there is a bushing on the input shaft the output shaft fastens to the main shaft all of these things can be worn, shot or have play you just need to start at the tie rods and go back.

If the play isn't in the linkage, check the wheel bearings.
