Hello all, I just bought a 19?? Farmall A, I'm hoping to figure out the year later tonight.
I will be in the market for a manual or manuals, Could you guys recommend some manuals to buy (or not buy) and where?

Thanks dave

I use I&T's manuals. Have one for almost every tractor on the farm. They tell almost(keyword) everything, to tare down and rebuild the tractor. If possible try to find original or reprints of the manual that would of come with it from factory. These tend to have closer adjustment numbers, and details the aftermarket ones may miss.

They sell manuals here on YT, but I'm not sure what ones. Your parts or service dealer is a best guess. You might also try other online sources (Ebay, Craiglist, or similar) to try and find reprints or original copies.

Get on eBay and order every manual for it you can. Even get
the parts manual. They have really good exploded diagrams in
there. There have been times I wouldn't have know. What
parts to expect inside if it weren't for that one. Service and
owner's are a given.

I have mine in binders by letter series - all of the manuals for
the M's in one, etc. Makes it nice to carry one to the house in
the evening for light reading if needed.
