Anyone know where I can get gauge sweeps for this planter?

If you are talking about the opening sweep they should be had form any serious tractor dealership. I think you can even get them from Tractor Supply. The modern versions are not as well shaped or efficient as the old models but they will get the job done. Be patient and steel farming will make a return as soon as it becomes obvious that the weeds are resistant to the best of weed killers. If you are talking about the runners, get out your welder and find some thin plate metal to weld in place. You will have to rebuild what you have.
