Sickle mower identification

Came acrossed an ad selling some implements, the plow looks like an IHC so I'm guessing the mower is international also. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but if it is could you please help me with identification and value. Thanks in advance.

The rear wheel is disconnected, how did they mount onto the frame? The head of the wheel shaft doesn't look threaded so how did they attach it?

mine has a hole on the top and is pinned with a cotter pin. Of course there is a washer on each top and bottom side of the hole. Looks like the top on the glider wheel shaft on that one has been sheared. probably need to reshaft the top of the wheel guide to be able to pin it. [/code]
