IH 4366 question

I remember reading somewhere that when the 4366's were new (early 70's), somebody made a hydraulic driven PTO that could be added to them. Now I can't find anything about this. Does anybody here have any info about this?

steiger tractors of the same era used something similar if I remember right the 4366 was built in the steiger plant so they may carry the same parts. series 3 steigers may be the closest thing
