This is a update on the 706 that was missing on the number 5
cylinder, just like was said it was a bad rod on the number five
cylinder exhaust valve. Already have a new one coming and
should be back in business soon. Thanks for the help guys!

Thank you for reporting back on findings. Carefully check for any obvious reasons for busted rod but it is probably caused by who ever installed the rocker arm shaft last time and didn't back off all adjustment screws.
 
Glad you found the problem. Now find out WHY it bent the pushrod so it doesnt do it again.As I recall you are in Fruita.I am at Delta. Everything else looks good except the broken rod, I will just make sure everything is adjusted right when I go back with it and keep my fingers crossed. I also make it through delta quite a bit, meeting us sounds like a good idea to me. My number is 970 812 6764
