476 Hydaulic issue model 2000 loader

My neighbor has a 476 with a model 2000 loader that he uses in a asphalt business. His complaint is that the loader is not raising as fast as he thinks it should (or as fast as it did before).
The three point hitch raises a box scraper very quickly. Does anyone have any ideas where I should look to help find a solution if there really is a problem.

I plan on taking some pictures this morning to post and I want to have him dig it out of the shop so we can use a stopwatch to get a true sense of how fast and how high it raises.

Only "easy" thing to do is pressure test and flow rate the hydraulics. After that you're down to tearing things apart and looking for junk in the lines that could be causing flow issues.

It is very likely that the loader and 3pt use completely different hydraulic systems.

There are too many variables and you have not provided enough information to make any specific suggestions.

Thanks for the response, mkirsc !

I had planned on following up on the first post with a few pictures and some more specific questions. Since the weather is not cooperating it may be a day or two until he can get the other equipment out of the way and allow access for some pictures and a few tests of mine as the operator!

thanks
