C263 ex manifold

My dealer seems unable to come up with the thin all metal manifold gasket, instead supply only the thick one part# 69752R1(after subs). Anyone have part# for thin gakt I want? My experience manifolds work loose w/thick gskt. Thanks, john

Messicks shows in stock, 400878R2 which should be the thin gasket with the embossed rings on intake. That is the best gasket by far for retaining torque if used along with the plated bolts and hardened steel washers.

Thanks, but supposedly 400878R2 subs to the "fat gskt"? Wouldn't want to be a Parts Man this day/age but with the turnover at some dealers, I don't always trust their competency. john
