Cub for the wife

its me again, my wife found her a cub today, we stopped and looked at stright tin work, good tires, 12v system no oil leeks that i can find and a 48" belly mower. the owner is asking $3300. does that sound right ? whats a good price for a cub from low to high

Maybe a little high. I would lean more towards 2500 but Cubs aren't my arena. Any accessories?

I would say 1800 to 2500 this is my opinion.

They do vary in price from area to area. Finding one close to home helps on shipping.I have found some nice ones plus my hauling from 1200 total to 1600 all depends on tires ect. 12V on a Cub would be an alarm because it just dont take much to start a Cub sometimes the wiring gets messed up when they change to 12v.

Bought one this summer for $1500. Good rear tires, poor
fronts, hydraulic lift, 4 ft mower, wheel weights. Runs good. I'm
in MN. I think $3300 is on the high end.

I agree with kub6040. 18-2500 tops. I got a cub a few years ago with a a woods mower, sickle bar mower, disk, snowplow, and buzz saw for 2k. The cub motor needed a rebuild which has since been done. Cubs in good condition do bring $$.

I purchased a '63 with a wagner loader and three one point accessories for $1,300.00 with good tires, not running. It has been a great little tractor other than going through clutches regularly.

picked up one in July has set of land plows, big saw , snow plow, two gang harrow, 2 new front tires 1 new rear tire the other rear tire very good but does not match tin very good needs paint new battery runs good new set of decals needs seal in rear I gave $1875FOR HER IN N.H.
