Can anyone tell me why motor oil is coming out of my magneto lube hole

Just loosen the magneto a little and see if oil comes out between mag and adaptor. Those housings will fill so full of sludge that the oil thrown up to lube the drive shaft cannot drain back into crankcase. Or, maybe your crankcase breather is plugged enough to build pressure in crankcase pushing oil up through the adaptor housing. Only very late model H tractors have a actual seal in that drive .
