Did 23.1X26 tires ever come from IH on a w 400, if so where would I find the cast centers?

I actually don't think they were available on the 400. they would have been on the next size larger tractor, like the 600,650 or even the super wd9. I think it was just too much tire for those smaller tractors.

My Dad's SW6 has 16.9-30's, my W450 has 18.4-30's. Image a W400 could have either size.

you are correct, my 450 has 18.4x 30 and the 400 has the same as w6, 16.9x30. the 450 also has the newer style rim with bolts like the 560 has,instead of the clamps.
