I rebuilt an M carburator and damaged the butterfly valve with the marking: 12 degrees on it. Does anyone know of a link as to where one can buy this valve? thanks in advance...

It is called a "throttle plate", and I doubt if you can buy a new one. That 12 degree mark identifies it as being specific to the throttle bore of that particular carburetor, so if you do find a used one, it needs to also have that 12 degree mark on it, or it will not properly fit the bore.

If you can find a helpful parts person at case IH there was a few at some dealers across the country a while back. I got one from a dealer in Illinois.
