hi just rebuit206D motor starts hard when cold white smoke starts very good after first cold start timing set at 14 degrees the early manual spec. the owners manual says 8 degrees motor only has 2 hrs. on it I thing I should move timing to 8 degrees it could be to that rings not seated yet it has the Bosch VE pump has to be timed with dial indicator any in put would be Appreciate thank you
