I have owned two super mta's now and one had a fast hitch and the other a drawbar . Did any super mta's come from factory with fast hitch?

No, but they were drilled for fast hitch.

Large sized Fast Hitch did not come out until the 300/400 tractors. Funny thing is, if I recall right, the first series of large 400 F-H did not fit the SMTA as easily as the 450 F-H.

you are correct, the 450 and 560 hitch is a direct fit the 400 hitch takes some modifying to make the lift arm work
