Does anyone know where I can find a push/pull off/on kill switch for a 1948 Farmall Super A tractor?

IF it is a Magneto switch it is a single terminal switch that looks like all of them, with a mushroom head. If it is a coil and points distributor, it will have 2 terminals and cannot be interchanged.

You can find them in about a gazillion places. Pretty much any fly-by-night operation that dabbles in tractor parts carries them, and all the legitimate ones certainly do.

The one poled mag. switch can be used only on a mag.. The two poled dist. switch can be used on mag. or dist.. You can use a two pole switch on a mag by hooking one wire from mag to one terminal of switch and ground the other terminal to mounting base of switch . The switch will then do the same thing as a single pole switch. This would work till you find the switch you need.

I used a wire with an alligator clip on it for about a week when the one on my M went out. I wouldn't advise it. The neighbors really get too much joy out of it when they happen to see it. Especially since they will only buy green machinery.
If you have an alternator on it you are going to have an easier time with a fused light switch that has separate poles for head and tail lights. You can excite your alternator without a diode or idiot light.
I use the original switch on my A - it just has an idiot light under the fuel tank.

Robert, did you know you can view or download/print the parts catalog for your tractor from the official FIAT website?
This will allow you to get a part number for whatever you need to take to the local dealer, or GOOGLE it, to find sellers that have what you need.
In addition to all the aftermarket stuff that's available for these old beasts (red or green), there's a whole lot of parts support at the local dealership.

spend the money and get the good switch it seams like every time i use a ruarl king or napa switch i am using a small piec of wire and a screw driver to finish a parade

But if using a two pole on a mag, off is on and on is off. Think about it.
