A friend of mine picked up this literature at an estate sale, and asked me if I thought anyone would be interested in it.

Took me a second to realize what it was, even reading the PO"s note "never made" in the upper LH corner.

I think it"s pretty cool.

What should I tell him... is it collectible?

I know a lot of people will beg to differ on the "Never Made" part.

They most certainly were made. Not many, but they were made.

Anything's collectible. That one isn't in real great shape, though. Certainly worth keeping.
 
16 production 7488s and one proto type 7488 built. There were 19 production 7288s and one proto type 7288 built.

I wonder if there was a "SUPER" version planned (dreamed)?
 
Bob, I recall talk about a ND farm auction a couple years ago that had 2 of the 7288. Brought decent money IIRC.
