Super C steering

I have noticed that my tricycle steering on my Super C has a rough spot in it when it moved after steering straight ahead. It acts like it sticks in the neutral position and you have to bump it to get it to move. I had the entire front bolster apart just 2 years ago to replace seals etc. It is still full of oil and steers fine going all the way left or right, it only does it moving from straight ahead. I still have a couple of pulls left, so I didn"t really want to tear into it right now. Any ideas what it could be?
 
I had the same problem on a Super C, had to replace the u-joint on the steering. The new joint had grease fittings. Hal
 
Thanks for your help. That is exactly what was wrong. The front u-joint is missing over half of the ball bearings out of one side. The rear one is real sloppy. I will get them coming tomorrow. Thanks again to both of you.
