Farm all m won't come out of gear

I have a farmall super m that when clutch is depressed it will stop and gear shift goes through all the gears but it stays in gear.

Shift lever probably came out of rail. Here is a whole post about it.

sounds like you need to pull the shifter and make sure all your rails are lined up

Yep shifter/rail came apart. pull the gear sift lever and look down the hole.You will see the problem.A big screwdriver/bar can be used to move things back into place.
