Farmall H Front Wheel Seal

An older friend of mine wants to take his recently purchased restored 1940 Farmall H on his first tractor ride. He called me frantically today and I determined that it needs a new front wheel seal. As of right now, I think the bearings are ok. Since he needs the tractor for this coming Friday, does anybody have an SKF or CR number for the front axle seals? Is there a felt in addition to the seal?

Thank you!

My 1939 owner"s manual and parts book shows these parts numbers, going from inboard to outboard, fitting on the tapered axle;
# 48541-D inboard dust shield
# 43828-D felt washer
# 48539 oil seal
# 10880-K cone with rollers
# 48548-D retainer
# 13822-V bearing cup
# 6694-DX or # 6694-DY steel wheel
As best as these old eyes can read, 2:00 AM,

Thank you for the numbers. I ordered the seal locally to be safe and will order a bearing set and extra seal tomorrow morning.

Does anybody still use the dust felt with the new double lip seal? I took the wheel apart this weekend and the old one was toast. The new kits say the felt only fits the wide front tractors.

Second, the wear ring that comes with the kit, where do they go?

Thank you as I'm an F-20 guy so this is new territory for me!
