will jd 60 rims 13/6 x 38 fit a international 460 with the same size tire.

Yes they will. I have a 70 with the 12 inch wide, 38 inch rims, and I recently took one of them off and temporarily put it on my 460 which has the 11 inch wide, 38 inch rims. It fit just fine and I have driven it a lot in the past ten days. John Deere and International Harvester obviously must have ironed out a way to make them interchangeable. By the way, the same applies to the front wheels on a 2 cylinder John Deere and a 460 with the wide front (conventional lug type) wheels. The bolt and flange pattern is exactly the same.

They will fit. Goodyear and firestone mfg. most of the wheels.
