Hi, I have a super A that I use mainly to cut fields with and plow? Up till now it has ran like a top. While cutting the other day it started to run rough and almost stall a couple times, so I headed to the garage, by the time I got to the garage it was barely running? Now I can barely get it started, I"ve put a new coil on but still nothing, fuel flow is great, I"ve drained the tank and carb, cleaned the carb? When I am able to get it running, it will run fine for a minute then start to stall, it will eventually stall and wont restart? Any help would be greatly appreciated..

You aren't going to like hearing this but I'd bet you are running out of fuel. If you haven't already, loosen the drain plug on your carburetor, leave it finger tight. Run the tractor; the moment it dies, remove that plug. My guess is that you'll find little to no fuel in that carburetor. Confirm and then set about to find out why.

Remove the tube fitting at the carburetor where your gas connects. Look for a screen behind that fitting for a screen that may be plugged. When the engine quits running pull off a plug wire and check your fire to the plug. You will need a helper. Do this before the engine cools. Hal

I have plenty of fuel to the carb, I've drained the tank and bowl thinking it was bad gas or something in the tank?
I will check to see if it running out of fuel at the carb?
Thanks

I pulled # 1 plug to check for spark, has spark when cold but I havn't checked it when it gets warm, coil seems to be getting hot even after a short time of running or attempting to start it?
I did try a new coil but it didn't make any difference.
