C200 rocker oil problem

We can get oil out of the top of the head when cranking. No oil when rockers are assembled and engine running. All oil holes and passages seem to be clear. Anyone had this problem? What was the problem/cure? tia, John

The little short stud does have the holes drilled for the oil to get to the rockers correct. Has the engine been apart for overhaul?
