throttle rod spring length and swivel on a c

The spring that goes on the end of the shaft is missing. It should be part #51300D. I lost the swivel, part number 51299DA. If someone can tell me how long the swivel is and also the shorter spring that goes on the end of the rod, I will make one and be good to go.

Spring 0.804 - 0.439 - 0.072
Swivel 0.447 - 0.514 - 0.243 - 0.500 - 0.444
+ or - 0.002 with rust & paint
I need the spring for my tractor, but I do have a extra Swivel if you can't make one. You can e-mail me.

Thank you a bunch. I had estimated the length of the swivel to be .5, but I did not have a clue as to the length of the spring.
