removing front pully nut IHC 460

We are installing an engine from a 460 Farmall into a 460 Industrial tractor and need to remove the front pulley nuts from both engines in order to change the front engine mounting. So far, we have not had much luck removing the nut from either engine. We are going to find a 3/4 inch impact to try tonight. Is the nut a regular type nut that is turned counter clock wise to remove? Any other hints would be appreciated. Thanks,

That air wrench should remove it. I would use a 6 point socket so you don't round off the corners on the hex head. Hal
PS: Should be turned CCW to loosen.
