1953 Cub Carburetor

I rebuilt the Carb. I have a small amount of gas coming out of the air intake. My first IH carb. Is this standard? I check the float adjustment seems to be right. I have the orginal main Metering jet. I cleaned it. Could my needle valve be leaking? Help!

In my very limited experience some do leak, I just shut the gas off after I shut it down.

the carb should not leak go to your local small
engine.dealer get a 10 hp kholer needle and seat.
put it in . make shure when you get together that
you can here float radle if not float is hanging up.
