Having trouble starting TD-14 on gas,--carb has been overhauled and still just half starts?

Do you have spark and compression ,if so take the
plug out of the bottom of the carberator and check
that you have a good flow of gas.

Did you remove all the brass to clean it , I have
washed trash under the main jet before , just tear
it completely apart and try again . If you don't get
it rite the first time just try again , don't give
up it isn't smarter just stubborn

Did you check the manifold butterfly valves are working correct
