front wheel seal replacement

How do I remove and replace the front wheel seals on my SC? I don"t mean the felt"s but the one located under the dust cover, it has a ring embedded in it. It"s on a wide front but I think the narrow front is the same.

There is no wheel seal on the outside of the front wheel. The dust cover forms the only seal. The wide front and the narrow front are the same and are interchangeable and are the same on an SA. There is a seal on the inside away from the dust cover and can be removed only by removing the wheel bearing retaining nut and pulling the wheel.
