International 624 TA ?

Just saw a IH 624 today there is a big lever with a thumb button on the top and a latch at the bottom. This lever is at the left of the dash just over the throttle linkage pivot.

What is the purpose of this lever ? is it a TA ?

Can't remember exactly, but believe it is the pto lever. Use to have one but got rid of it 30 years ago. No TA as such but did have a hi-low shifter.

No T/A on a 624, but they did come with the Agriomatic, L/H/R lever.

I haven't driven one, but seems to me the lever was on the dash.

Hi, the lever on the left is for the PTO clutch. For the Agri-matic, the lever in on the right side, like the throttle. Bernard in Quebec Canada
