need new bushings for the lift link on my F300 fast hitch. If you look at the arm that sits on top of the lifting cylinder, the bushings would go into the furthest rear end of the arm. Not where it pivots but where the eyebolt goes through. My CNH doesn't have the part and they coldn't locate one either. The part number is 520045r1. I took some measurements but I am not sure how accurate they might be. I got 1.41 to 1.43 for the outside diameter with a thickness of .077. Can anyone confirm if these are correct or know where I could get the correct bushing? Thanks in advance.

McMaster- Carr would be able to supply them or Grainger. You might try J.P. Salvage in Fredricktown MO good to deal with and knows his stuff.

Thanks. I forgot about McCaster-Carr. I ordered some bushings that were close the the measurements. Guess I will have to see if they will fit.

Also consider the wear of the shaft inside the bushing and the housing outside the bushing, so an OEM bushing won't take up the slop, and it's not likely anyone makes prefabricated bushings with such specific measurements.

Your idea of getting ones that are close should work. If they don't give a satisfactory fit out of the box, hopefully they're slightly tight, so you can massage them with grinding/filing/sanding.

The other option is taking the measurements to a machine shop and having custom bushings turned.
