I have a 140 when you start it the gasket where the lines come from the pump blows immediately where they bolt to side of lift housing I am thinking a pressure relief of some sort stuck any help with info on what to check for would really be appreciated

There will always be some oil pressure at that point. If that connection is good, that is, it doesn't blow AND there's a problem with a relief valve (which is possible but not real likely) the pump will cause the engine to strain it's guts out, the fluid will overheat real fast. I don't have a positive answer but beware that the gasket that is between the surfaces come in two types. Make sure that your gasket doesn't cover any ports. Right gasket? Report back.

Some oil pressure, but very little.

If everything is working correctly, the oil should basically be free-flow circulating around the system unless you are moving one of the arms.

Something is blocking the flow. Where? What? There's no way to know without taking it apart. Odds are you'll find something obvious in there.
