I did some looking and I found a Char-Lynn service bulletin that goes with the Flow Divider that I have used for powersteering systems that I have added to some of my tractors. This bulletin does a very detail description of the FD operation. I'm unable to attach to this posting. If you are interested you will have to send me an e-mail. Charlie U

Looks like the Webster type. IH used it on some combines and commonly added it to SMTA and suppers with live hydraulics and Belhen power steering units in front of the steering post back in the day. Most worked pretty good.
