706 and 310 german

I huffed a motor in my 706 with a 310 german motor in it. I found a really good motor for a good price and just going to go that route instead of rebuilding mine. Any ideas on what all I will have to change on the new motor since it is out of a 715 combine and not a tractor?

Ft. engine cover oil pan pick up tube injection pump just for starters. Rear plate . To tired to really think tonight and i am off to bed.

The front cover is the same. You will need to change oil pick up,remove the oil pump from the combine engine it is mounted to the front main throw it in the scrap, take the cover off the back of the timing cover and mount your oil pump off the tractor engine, change oil filter housing, get rid of the oil cooler from the combine engine.I think thats it can"t remember. Its fairly straight forward.I just did the same thing a year ago.Anything else just ask I will do my best to help.Don't worry about changing the injection pump it will work fine if not even better. If you change the pump then you have to change lines and when you change lines then you have to change injectors because they are a different fitting on the injector end so when you change injectors you have to run a tap in the whole on the head so you can add the stud for the clamp because your tractor will have an injector with 2 nuts that hold it down and the combine use a horseshoe style clamp with only 1 stud. You really don't want to go there.
