On a post a couple weeks ago someone talked about chain driving a hydraulic pump on a m farmall, anyone have any pics of this as to how its mounted and how it is plumbed? sounded like a good idea, but wont be able to use original controls right?

It was me.I have no pics.'Original control'?No you wont use the belly pump valve. You use a standard spool valve just like any other loader. If you are a 'purist',you wont like or use the method. But if you want it as a user, its a good way to get live/continous hydralics for your loader.

If you can wait another month or two, I'll have pictures. I will be installing a Vickers vane pump, belt driven, using a Charlynn pulley on the front engine pulley. Got all the pieces. Been too cold out in the shop to work on it.

Here is photos of 2 belt drive system.
