Super K Loader

Looking at a Super K Loader.

The guy says he checked with the manufacturer and they tell him that this is a very heavy duty loader and meant to be put on a tractor in the 100-150 hp range.
He has the stands and the mounting hardware for it.
I was wanting to put it on my 706 diesel wide front but I believe it is 90hp. Would this be sufficient and would the hydraulics handle it ok?

Thanks again for any input.

If it is a Koyker brand Super K loader you won"t have any problem. I had one on a Super M for decades and my uncle had one on his 560 for 30 years on his dairy farm and that thing loaded manure almost everyday of it"s life and still worked when he retired and I bought it from him. I sold the 560 and loader a few years back but it was still going strong.

Your 706 is only 70 hp(My 'turned up' turbocharged
706 is still 'only' 96 horse). The hydralics will
handle the loader, but they may be slow,as it only
is a 12 gpm pump generateing 1450 psi.You should
install a 'power beyond' circute so you can still
use the rear remotes.A pto pump would be a far
better choice to power the loader,as that will
produce around 20 gpm and 2000-2500psi.In
answer, yes the 706 will handle that loader just
fine with no problems.

oh i was looking at the engine gross hp which is 89
looks like i should of been looking at the draw bar hp..is that correct? they have draw bar claimed and draw bar tested on tractordata dot com

I have one on my Farmall 400 and it is a good
loader, mine came off a 560...would be good on a
706. I dont think I would want it on anything much
bigger than that. Just got done rebuilding the
bucket on mine (7"). I use a 21GPM PTO pump to run
mine.

70 is pto power.acctual drawbarr is somewhat less.I
dont remember how much.PTO hp is always more that
drawbar hp.Just looked at tractor data.706 is rated 76 pto. 67 drawbar. The 310 german must be the test,as the 282 was approx 5 hp less.

Here's a pic of mine. I actually had it on a Super H for a short time too but it was just too big for that.

You put on a bigger (pto) pump. Standard 'hitch
pump' is 12 gpm. A 17gpm is available,but the
filter wont handle the extra flow.Filter is rated
for 14 gpm.

Guess I'll keep looking. Anything fit this tractor that I don't have to spend another 500 dollars to get to use it?
