560 injectors

The early American Bosch injectors had inlet tubes with a 3/4 wrench hex, were about 1500 psi. Later IH injectors had 9/16 wrench hex inlet tubes and opened around 1000 PSI. Main thing on either one is no seat leakage, and hold pressure. Have not seen any really good used ones in a long time, seems the all seep a little. Don't think the early ones are even available anymore.

Also, on the later style (IH midget) they need to be popped good and hard on the tester and then brought up to within a couple hundred psi of pop off pressure to test for leaks. If you just pump slow they will throw a poor pattern and dribble. I have had guys test them and then bring them in for me to test as they figured they were all bad when actually they are fine. In the engine they are getting hit over 300 times a minute at low idle.
