Super C beater!

For those of you guys into truly stock pullin" with your Straight H, and are sick of watchin" Super Cs pull right past your mark in the #4500 and #5000 classes, there is a nice lookin creeper gear H (that"s the one that will beat Super Cs!) in Md. It"s listed in photo ads...at first glance the $3500 price seemed steep, but when ya think it out: new rims an tires, #900 of weights, front brackets and a sharp looker. Seems it might not be too much for a "gas "er and go pullin"" tractor! I"d think about it myself, but couldn"t fit it on the trailer with my Super C! LOL

I guess pullin' is different around the country where ever you go. When I pull in 4500 and 5000 lbs class the C's typically can't hold a candle to me, sometimes freak things happen though. They run out of power way before I run out of traction. I have the creeper gear and pull up to 6500#

I can"t keep traction under #4500 with my Super C, so I start at #4000 to get her warmed up, usually pull up to #5500 but by then the Super H and JD A s are hookin" so I never win, but #4500 and #5000 are right in her wheel house! The motor is fresh (3 years ago, but stock bore). Those Granny low straight H s are something though...just keep goin, and goin" and goin"! LOL

Waitin" her turn at one of the few pulls I enter that allow hanging weights in the Stock (Div 1) class

I pull my Super C all the time in the summer. Pull Div. 1. Take all the weights off and pull 3500. Put 4 rear wheels weights on and pull 4000. Since I am there and most of the time hook fee is $10.00, I pull light in the 4500 class. My biggest pain is those orange tractors!
