3 1/4 in pistons

Someone else knows more than I do, but I think stock size on a 113 is 3". The next step is 3 1/8" used in a super c and like Jim said 3 1/4" is in a 135 inch motor.

(quoted from post at 18:14:59 03/16/14) That is a 240 piston size 135CID IIRC Jim
Jim... 240 has a C123, not a C135. !35 was in the next series, the 404. But you are correct that the 135 is a 3.250" bore, the 123 is 3.125"

3.25 inch sleeves will fit in a Super A block provided it has a casting number of 354898R1-up That block is the same block as is in the Super A1 (one) and Super C. In the original block thick sleeves were used to keep the original 113 cu in because IH was not ready to release the Super A1.
The 3.25 inch sleeves give 132.7 cu inches not 135. The 135 cu in engine has a stroke of 4 1/16 as opposed to the 4 inches in the 113/123 -- barely enough difference to measure.
